For doctors who are residents of India
Indian specialist doctors and medical professionals, who would like to offer voluntary services, may apply as follows:
1) Write an email application to The Medical Superintendent, SSSGH Prasanthi Nilayam at medsupgh@sssihms.org.in indicating the proposed volunteering period and the department or specialty or service for which you wish to volunteer.
2) If you are a doctor other than Dental Surgeon, mark copy of the email application to Dr T Ram Manohar Rao, National Medical Co-ordinator of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, India at rmlprao@gmail.com or manoharao@ssssoindia.org . If you are a Dental surgeon, mark a copy of your mail to Dr Ravi Dabir, Coordinator of Dental Rotations at ravidabir@gmail.com
3) Attach:
a) Curriculum Vitae
b) Scanned copy of your medical degree certificate
c) Active registration certificate
For doctors who are non-residents or foreign nationals
Specialist doctors and medical professionals from overseas countries, who would like to offer Voluntary services, may apply as follows:
1) Write an email application to The Medical Superintendent, SSSGH Prasanthi Nilayam at medsupgh@sssihms.org.in indicating the proposed volunteering period and the department or specialty or service for which you wish to volunteer.
2) If you are a doctor other than Dental Surgeon, mark copy of the email application to Chandra Varadachari, Coordinator of Overseas Medical Rotations at ccharimd@gmail.com . If you are a Dental surgeon, mark a copy of your mail to Dr Ravi Dabir, Coordinator of Dental Rotations at ravidabir@gmail.com
3) Attach:
a) Curriculum Vitae
b) Scanned copy of your medical degree certificate
c) Scanned copy of Specialty degree certificate, if any
d) Certificate of registration with the medical council body, active practice license / registration certificate in your country of medical practice
e) Copy of first page of valid passport
f) Copy of OCI / PIO card (if available). If not, please mention clearly.
4) Doctors who do not have OCI or PIO must necessarily obtain Employment/Work Visa even for the voluntary charitable work for which we will send you a letter upon confirmation for volunteering service.
5) Doctors including Dental Surgeons who do not have active medical registration in India (either with Medical Council of India / AP State Dental Council) need to have obtain temporary registration with Medical Council of India / AP State Dental Council even for the voluntary charitable work. Upon receipt of your CV and all other relevant documents, the Hospital will extend necessary assistance to facilitate for the temporary registration process.
