Access to patient care
As propounded by our revered founder, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, all the services in the hospital are offered completely free of cost to all the patients based on the facilities available. However, it is practically not possible to cater to the needs of everyone who visits. Therefore, the Hospital primarily focuses on the needs of the residents of Sri Sathya Sai Taluka, which includes Bukkapatnam, Kothacheruvu and Puttaparthi mandals. Other patients presenting with simple general illnesses or those landing up in the emergency with acute conditions are served depending upon the manageability within the setup. The hospital does not provide general medical checkups or treatment for chronic ailments for such patients.
Note: The hospital management reserves the right to decide on the access to patient care.
