Access to patient care
As propounded by our revered founder, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, all the services in the hospital are offered completely free of cost to all the patients based on the facilities available. However, it is practically not possible to cater to the needs of everyone who visits. Therefore, the hospital primarily focuses on the needs of the residents of Bukkapatnam, Kothacheruvu and Puttaparthi mandals in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. Other patients presenting with simple general illnesses or emergency with acute conditions are served depending upon the manageability within the setup. Pilgrims visiting the Ashram, sevadals and relatives of those being treated at the super specialty hospital may avail of emergency care and treatment for acute illnesses only. Medical checkups and treatment for chronic ailments are not offered for such patients.

Note: The hospital management reserves the right to decide on the access to patient care.

Location
The hospital is around 8 kms from Sri Sathya Sai Prashanthi Nilayam railway station (Puttaparthi) and less than 1/4 km from Prashanthi Nilayam ashram bus terminal.
